Jaynanne Calaway-Habeck has grown the people functions within organizations for over 20 years. Experiences include leading Panera Bread’s Human Resources and Learning & Development functions as the Chief People Officer and previously serving as a business consultant with Towers Watson.

Jaynanne now assists Compass Group companies and other organizations as a strategic thought and execution partner. She and her team of consultants seek to create holistic and collaborative solutions in order to deliver real business results.

Specialized services include Organization Design (Culture Building, Skills Assessments, Leadership Coaching, Org Structure Optimization); Mergers & Acquisitions (Due Diligence, Staffing & Policy Integration); Recruiting & Staffing Strategies; Onboarding & Training; Team Building; and HR Policy & Compliance. Jaynanne is a Certified Strengths Coach with the Gallup organization.

Jaynanne is a graduate of Illinois Wesleyan University, where she received degrees in Economics and International (Diplomatic) Studies. She received a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois. She was also a Visiting Scholar at Pembroke College, Oxford University, in Labor Economics.
