Eric Tice

Analyst

Eric joined Compass Group as an Analyst in 2024. His responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, and executing M&A transactions. Prior to joining Compass Group full time, Eric worked as an intern for the firm for two summers, helping to build out thesis research in the areas of Railroad Maintenance Services and End of Life Services.

Eric holds a bachelor's degree in Finance from Indiana University.
