Jonah joined Compass Group as an Associate in 2024. His responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating and executing M&A transactions.

Prior to joining Compass Group, Jonah was a consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he served Private Equity, Banking and Consumer clients on both strategic and operational engagements.

Jonah received his bachelor's degree in Finance and his MBA from the University of Kansas.
