Compass Group Announces Strategic Partnership Between Continental Pump and Integrity Pump & Motor

Continental Pump, a Missouri-based manufacturer of progressive cavity pumps, and Integrity Pump & Motor, a Tennessee-based manufacturer of vertical, submersible, and centrifugal pumps, have announced the formation of a strategic partnership. The two companies form Compass Group’s new pump manufacturing platform, creating a comprehensive suite of pumps, parts, and service for customers across multiple end markets.

Integrity and Continental can now leverage each other’s products and capabilities to support continued growth while delivering quality pumps, motors, and parts with reliability, speed, and an emphasis on superior customer service.

Founded in 1946 by George Heath Sr., Continental is a manufacturer of progressive cavity pumps used in slurry, paste, sludge, and waste applications that require durability, high-quality, and support from a service-oriented staff. They serve end markets such as food and beverage, chemical, water and wastewater, and general industrial sectors.

Founded in 2017 and led by industry veterans, Integrity Pump & Motor manufactures, supplies, and repairs horizontal, vertical, and submersible pumps and motors to a variety of end markets from its locations in Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Texas. Integrity’s pumps are used primarily in water-based applications, including water and wastewater management, irrigation and water supply systems, cooling and heating, paper mills, and mining, among many other municipal and industrial applications.

The new pump manufacturing partnership marks the seventh platform from Compass Group’s Fund II.
